Avoid at all cost!!! I was surching for a unicorn. A Honda CR-V with low miles and in my price range. Unfortunately I found it at Ganly Honda of North Olmsted Ohio. 02 I was surching for a unicorn. A Honda CR-V with low miles and in my price range. Unfortunately I found it at Ganly Honda of North Olmsted Ohio. 02 CR-V with 33,000 miles. They were asking $9,500. Test drove and found a few things wrong as well as doing my research about problem areas. Simple list of things I wanted done and I would happily pay them the asking price. Tires, alignment, wiper blades, caliper, adjust valve lash, loose heat shield and a couple other small items. Got new tires, not the oem ones they told me I would get but they are new. They fixed the heat shield and did the brakes all the way around. They refused to touch the valves or do an alignment because " the mechanic drove it and said the alignment is fine" it pulls to the right!. " the valves don't need adjustment till 105,000 miles". They left oil everywhere, they didn't even clean it off the engine, rear differential, frame or the brake calipers. They Refused to give me the mechanics notes even though I asked several times. I am not a happy customer and will not recommend them to anyone I know. In my honest opinion, Go anywhere but Ganly! More

Shopped around and Ganley won our business! Dave called me based on an internet inquiry I submitted. But my wife and I were already working with another dealer. He didn't push, but let me know that we should come see him for the best deal. We did the math, and the other dealer couldn't match the deal Dave had for us. Not even close. When we came in the next day he got us into our new 2014 Civic with no hassle and took great care of us. He was able to answer all our questions (and we had many - this was our first lease deal), and he even took the time at nearly 10 p.m. to make sure the car was programmed to our specifications! Thanks Dave, and well done! Also, thanks Taras for taking good care of us on the contract and financing end of the deal. More

I HATE to buy a new car Every time I have had to buy a car in the past I think of the movie Fargo and the hustle buyers got. How ever this experience was much better. Dave Runser was our sales person and ne was very patient, allowing us to test drive anything we thought we might be interested in. He worked with Nick to try to find exactly what we wanted. Who knew that a silver Civic EX-L could not be found within a 7 state area. So we picked something close on the lot. Taras handled the finance chore for us and it went smooth. All in all a great place to shop. More

Five Stars for Wendy--this past visit and EVERY visit! Over the past several years, we have dealt with many manufacturer specific service departments (Audi, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, Cadillac, etc), as well as Over the past several years, we have dealt with many manufacturer specific service departments (Audi, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, Cadillac, etc), as well as many independent service centers, too. Out of all of these facilities, we have never had anywhere near the level of comfort and trust as we do when we deal with Wendy Fees. In fact, when scheduling our appointments with Ganley we specifically try to speak only with her. (That is not to say that we have issues with any of the other service consultants--we are just most satisfied with Wendy.) Although we are well past the manufacturer's warranty with our vehicle--and independent service centers can be considerably less expensive--we continue to work with Wendy at Ganley. She has earned our trust, and is an excellent example for others to strive for. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express our satisfaction with her and, through association, with Ganley Honda. Regards, John Smith More
