Great buying experience Was replacing my vehicle, which was totaled in an accident, and unsure what to buy. Very concerned about safety ratings. Tiffany was knowledgeable and friendly; did not feel pressured in any way. She took the time to allow me to test drive various vehicles and answered all my questions and concerns. She was able to get me into the car of my choice very quickly and explained all the "bells and whistles" to me. She even set up my cell phone with the car! Mark in the finance department was also very pleasant and informative. I have driven a Nissan since the late '90's, and this is my first Honda. Another Lease I stopped in to see if I was at a place to get out of my current lease and Pete Cash was great in checking for me and let me know that I was in a good I stopped in to see if I was at a place to get out of my current lease and Pete Cash was great in checking for me and let me know that I was in a good place and asked what I was interested in. I had already been considering the Accord, Civic and CRV. So he paired up with Tiffany who I have worked with in the past and we test drove together the 3 cars and then allowed me to test drive with my family to see what would be the best car for us. I settled on the Accord LX and am very happy with the car and the way it drives and the gas mileage. Tiffany and Pete were very understanding in my indecisiveness and gave me the time and space and did not pressure me in any way into the deal. Stopping in to sign papers and get the vehicle went very well and Tiffany took the time with me to setup the bluetooth on my iphone and sync my contacts and go over the inside pieces of the car with me. I have and will continue to recommend Pete and Tiffany and Ganley Honda in North Olmsted. I have been buying and leasing cars from them since 2002 and will continue to do so. Great job guys! With two aging vehicles and increasing repair costs I was not looking forward to the usual pain of buying a new vehicle. My past experiences involved variations of buying and leasing 6 other vehicles; 4 of not looking forward to the usual pain of buying a new vehicle. My past experiences involved variations of buying and leasing 6 other vehicles; 4 of those were very unpleasant and the other two were only marginally better. So needless to say I was expecting to be put through a highly stressful situation to say the least. Not only was the situation not stressful, but it was even pleasant at times (thanks for the chocolate chip cookies!). We got their best price up front and a lot of useful information about the vehicles being considered, and I never felt like I was dealing with the "typical salesman". Brian Walls was very friendly and easy to talk to, and he was always there for us regardless of the day or time. My wife was in and out of there on several different days and we were never pressured to do something immediately. We had some additional items added to our new Odyssey and everything works great and was exactly what we asked for. They had to track down a van that met our exact specifications and it was delivered on time as promised. The most stressful part is usually the financial part, and Mark Clark was just as friendly and helpful as everyone else. The overall experience was great, so I went back a month later and purchased a second vehicle. If anything, the experience was even better the second time. Great job guys! More
