Other members of the Ganley team found the color Odyssey minivan in which I was interested and that included the equipment I wanted, and made arrangements for the car to be delivered to Ganley in time for me to pick it up on the day I preferred. On that day, Carlos Crespo picked me up when I returned the rental car I had been driving and drove me to the dealership. He then patiently went through the orientation discussion with me, including making sure the adjustable electronic settings were according to my preferences. Mike then introduced me to Tim Nadvit, who completed the financial paperwork covering the purchase. At every step I was treated with friendliness and respect, as well as gratitude for selecting Ganley when it came to buying the car. Everyone made the entire experience a complete pleasure.
