The sales manager went out of his way to get the color I wanted, in the FWD version, as they did not have it on the lot. I was still given the same low price, even though they had to locate the vehicle. Tiffany has followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to let me know she will be sending out emails with service specials. It's easy to see why she was salesperson of the month about 6 times in the last year. More

He seemed to ask all the right questions and had the answers to mine. I would have liked for the paperwork process after the purchase to have gone a little faster than it did. It did seem like I sat for a long time while waiting for the finance person to come with my paperwork. I felt like I was treated fairly, and I am the type who absolutely DREADS walking in to a car dealership. I would and have recommended Brian Walls and Ganley Honda to my family and friends. More
