Brian Walls was good but from 12:30 to 4:35 I waited for the finance department to process a cash sale, they were short one person due to the birth of a new baby. I purchased a new truck last year, the dealership was busy but a finance person came over to the sales desk and processed my cash purchase in 15 minutes. Ganley needs a good plan "B" to handle this type of problem in the future, maybe less money advertising and more customer service. More

This company is very unprofessional. A dealer by the name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status ( name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status (of the application). I am guessing I wasn't approved but a simple RESPONSE from him would have been APPROPRIATE. I guess they only care to respond to the people who are finance-approved.
