Dealership was easy to find and had a comfortable setting. The staff were friendly, but we were hoping to not get a big run around with our trade and price of the vehicle we were trading for, but th setting. In the end it worked out to where we were ok with trading, it just took a lot time and a lot of back and forth which could have been avoided by not low balling our trade-in value, screwing with numbers, and telling us that by some liability rule somewhere they were going to have to do $600 worth of work (by their service dept) on the car we were trading for, and that we were going to have to pay for it. This work (2 tires, alignment, rotors turned)just so happened to not be noticed until the morning that we told them we were coming in to look at it. More

He did describe to us the details of leasing for more than 35 minutes at the beginning but later when we read more and had more questions about finances, he avoided us by saying that he did not have time or there would be issues with our finance. Later, on telling him that we got our car from a different dealer, in this case Honda Motorcars at Mayfield road, he was completely rude to us, telling us that he "wasted" time on us. I think after 2.5 years of being with Ganley Honda, I find the other dealer (motorcars) in Cleveland to be more professional, helpful and efficient than Ganley Honda. I would not recommend Ganley Honda anymore. More
