I didn't think the dealership itself had a lot of curb appeal upon pulling in, but I was pleasantly surprised once I walked in. The staff was very personable. He seemed to ask all the right questions and had the answers to mine. I would have liked for the paperwork process after the purchase to have gone a little faster than it did. It did seem like I sat for a long time while waiting for the finance person to come with my paperwork. I felt like I was treated fairly, and I am the type who absolutely DREADS walking in to a car dealership. I would and have recommended Brian Walls and Ganley Honda to my family and friends. More
