This company is very unprofessional. A dealer by the name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status ( name of Andy was quick to send me a finance application for an auto I was interested in, yet would not respond to my two emails requesting a status (of the application). Dealership was easy to find and had a comfortable setting. The staff were friendly, but we were hoping to not get a big run around with our trade and price of the vehicle we were trading for, but th setting. The staff were friendly, but we were hoping to not get a big run around with our trade and price of the vehicle we were trading for, but that was not the case. In the end it worked out to where we were ok with trading, it just took a lot time and a lot of back and forth which could have been avoided by not low balling our trade-in value, screwing with numbers, and telling us that by some liability rule somewhere they were going to have to do $600 worth of work (by their service dept) on the car we were trading for, and that we were going to have to pay for it. This work (2 tires, alignment, rotors turned)just so happened to not be noticed until the morning that we told them we were coming in to look at it. More
