The salesperson was great the first time around, when we got our first CRV from Ganley Honda 2.5 yrs back, but since our car was totalled, I did go to him first because we were already customers of Ganley H got our first CRV from Ganley Honda 2.5 yrs back, but since our car was totalled, I did go to him first because we were already customers of Ganley Honda, and he was not the best. He did describe to us the details of leasing for more than 35 minutes at the beginning but later when we read more and had more questions about finances, he avoided us by saying that he did not have time or there would be issues with our finance. Later, on telling him that we got our car from a different dealer, in this case Honda Motorcars at Mayfield road, he was completely rude to us, telling us that he "wasted" time on us. I think after 2.5 years of being with Ganley Honda, I find the other dealer (motorcars) in Cleveland to be more professional, helpful and efficient than Ganley Honda. I would not recommend Ganley Honda anymore. More
