We traded in our 2010 Accord for the 2013 model. James Nguyen was our salesperson and he complied in responding to everything we needed. James is a very relatable person as he is a family man. I gave the dealership and Mr. Nguyen such a high review because Mr. Nguyen and the dealership knew the value of my trade in, and how important it was for me to purchase another honda. My car, a 2003 Honda Civic was ten years old, about 120,000 miles and was not in the best shape, but he worked with me and the manager to give me a much better trade in price than any other dealership I had experience with. They know the value of a honda. Mr. Nguyen was very personal, he took the time to get to know myself and my husband and why we were purchasing a car at this time. Not only will I be returning to Ganely when I need a new car, I would also recommend going to this dealership (and Mr. Nguyen) to family and friends.
