Be very careful and very detail orientated when dealing with this dealership. Recently purchased a used Honda from the dealership and the car itself is great. But we traded in our old car and we’re lied with this dealership. Recently purchased a used Honda from the dealership and the car itself is great. But we traded in our old car and we’re lied to from the sales person/finance on how the deal was working out. We were essentially told we would be getting $8500 on our trade in, $6000 of which would go to reducing the cost of the new vehicle. But what actually happened was we only got $6000 total on our trade in. Adding to this issue another dealership made an offer on our old vehicle for $9,000. We were fine with getting $500 less for the convenience of doing it all in one day and getting the car we wanted but not $3,000 less. I’ll take ownership in not catching the issue while signing the final paperwork, I’ll never make this mistake again. It’s still a very bad look on this dealership regardless. When I called to try and see if something could be done, Bob, the sales manager refused to listen to anything other than what was on the sheet of paper. When I asked him why I’d take $3,000 less on a trade in when I could just go sell it to them instead, in an attempt to reason with him, his response was “I don’t know, why did you” So the level of professionalism is less than okay. Our car salesman was Darien Henderson, he was nice to work with but this was clearly some type of miscommunication between him and finance or he just straight up lied to us. Another issue that, was resolved while there, but was also like pulling nails was the taxes. They were going to over charge me for taxes and I had to bring it up three times before they would resolve the issue. Turns out they were using the wrong tax location which would have ended up costing me an additional few hundred dollars. More
