I asked to have Kevin Smith to work on my car at time of appt. I was told when I arrived he did not work on Fridays. I Asked Wendy as I have worked with her as long as Kevin about getting a salesman to va appt. I was told when I arrived he did not work on Fridays. I Asked Wendy as I have worked with her as long as Kevin about getting a salesman to value my car. She forwarded me to a young man who than passed me on to a brand new sales person. Nice young man did nothing wrong. Never got a value on my auto, the fact that I got handed off does not set well. I will maybe end my relation ship with Ganley and check out Sunnyside. I think your missing the basics of sales. I am sad to say. More

I scheduled a recall service when I received the letter in the mail from Honda. When I got to Ganley Honda everything seemed to be in order, however, about 20 minutes in I was told they couldn't find the in the mail from Honda. When I got to Ganley Honda everything seemed to be in order, however, about 20 minutes in I was told they couldn't find the part. I explained that I spoke with someone on the phone hours before my scheduled appointment who had physically checked for the part before I came in. The part was found and the service was completed. All went fine but 2 weeks later I was called to schedule an appointment to replace the recalled part, not sure where the disconnect is but shouldn't my account reflect that the part had already been replaced? Not always impressed with Ganley, things seem to get misplaced or information is confusing. More

They did a wonderful job making sure my vehicle was serviced correctly. Everything on the forms was easy and clear to understand, and they even gave my car a wash after it was serviced!
