Sales experience was good. Service department has left a bit to be desired. We’ve had our newly purchased Honda CRV (CPO) twice now, and need to take it in for a third round, as we wait for a part. Getting a proper evaluation and having to order the part is perfectly understandable. However, the other smaller requests have gone by the wayside. Had a squeaky driver door which could have, and only needed a shot of lithium grease. Never touched. Driving my wife nuts, so I had to go get the supplies and do it myself. Might seem small, but these things get noticed. Secondly, was asked if we wanted a car wash (which my wife also embraced during the purchase process), we politely requested the service. Car wasn’t washed. Not trying to make a big deal out of these small items, but if they’re on the work order, they should be done. Not pissed or anything, but as a constructive criticism, feel it worth mentioning. More
