When I was leaving the dealership with my new Suv, I asked Kyle where was the book on the vehicle that had instructions about the car. He said it was in the glove compartment, so I took his word for it asked Kyle where was the book on the vehicle that had instructions about the car. He said it was in the glove compartment, so I took his word for it. The next day I looked for the book and it was not in glove compartment or anywhere else in the vehicle. I called Kyle and told him and he said he would put it in the mail as soon as he hung up the phone. It was going on two weeks and I never got the book so I called the manager and told him the situtation and I got the book the next day in the mail. If it wasn't for the manager and I can't remember his name, I would still be waiting for the instruction book on the Honda Suv. Also it was raining the day I took the suv home and asked Kyle how do I turn the back windshield wiper on and he said the wasn't a back windshield wiper. I discovered it on my own driving home. More
