Ganley Honda North Olmsted is the best! Staff is always prompt, polite and friendly and they always get the job done right. The salesman, Zack, was terrible! Advised New Car Manager same day, who was not happy with his actions as well. Then learned I got a terrible deal. My dealership in Columbus sent me a deal that was nearly $7 same day, who was not happy with his actions as well. Then learned I got a terrible deal. My dealership in Columbus sent me a deal that was nearly $70/mo less for same model on May 1st. Crazy! To top it off, I received a bill due May 27, from Honda when I was told, Ganley, was making my first payment. Again called new car manager on Thursday, May 13 a I am still waiting for a call back that was promised???? My daughter leases through Ganley and she is seriously considering not renewing with you guys because of the customer service I have(have not) received. I am not a difficult person to please so this was very shocking. Would love to get some final closure. More

Dear Ed,I am writing to provide some feedback on my Dear Ed, I am writing to provide some feedback on my last service appointment. I came in on April 24th for a “free” oil change. When I arrived Dear Ed, I am writing to provide some feedback on my last service appointment. I came in on April 24th for a “free” oil change. When I arrived and checked in, they told me I was due to have some fluids changed which I agreed to. After some wait they came and showed me some dirty filters and asked about replacing them. I also agreed to that. The total ended up being $413.00 which seemed excessive for some routine maintenance, but I paid it. Was also told I would need new tires “as soon as possible”, which was not unexpected. I shared my story (and receipt) with several other friends and family members and got pretty much the same response....”that is outrageous”! Of course I got many suggestions where I could have all this work done for much less money...didn’t really help after the fact. I guess I should have shopped around first. Out of convenience, I have always used the dealership for my maintenance and repair needs, but I have to say those times are over. More
