The salesman, Zack, was terrible! Advised New Car Manager same day, who was not happy with his actions as well. Then learned I got a terrible deal. My dealership in Columbus sent me a deal that was nearly $7 same day, who was not happy with his actions as well. Then learned I got a terrible deal. My dealership in Columbus sent me a deal that was nearly $70/mo less for same model on May 1st. Crazy! To top it off, I received a bill due May 27, from Honda when I was told, Ganley, was making my first payment. Again called new car manager on Thursday, May 13 a I am still waiting for a call back that was promised???? My daughter leases through Ganley and she is seriously considering not renewing with you guys because of the customer service I have(have not) received. I am not a difficult person to please so this was very shocking. Would love to get some final closure. More
