I have been going to you dealership for years.It has been so many, in fact, that I was there before you improved the lounge/ waiting area. It never was bad but it is really nice now. Also the car wash idea is a winner and people appreciate touches like that. Your whole service idea is tops.For example I showed up because one of the lights came on. Turned out I hadn’t turned the gas cap tight enough on the last fill up. But everyone involved was polite and concerned until the why of the light was discovered. And there was no charge which just made me more glad I was a regular customer. I always liked how your dealership operated and it has become even more consumer oriented and friendly as the years have gone. Finally, I always thought that having a woman in the service area was was great and ahead of its time. More
