Never used Ganley Honda for service before. Main reason I came was to repair the rear lift gate. Ordered parts that took a day to deliver. Had loaner car which was a positive. I want to start off, Wendy Fee (service writer) even though we haven’t been to Ganley Honda since late October early November, she actually remembered our names and was interested in how we were doing b though we haven’t been to Ganley Honda since late October early November, she actually remembered our names and was interested in how we were doing before we actually started to talk about our Passport! That says a lot when you have wonderful person starting off our appointment with being welcomed! We all could use a daily dose of a person like Wendy in our hectic lives! Secondly, Ganley’s Service Manager Mr Ed Stein gave us a complete description on how they were going to correct our radio issue and in a few hours we were good to go! Now here’s the best part of our experience, the young man who we first spoke to as we pulled into the garage asked us if we would like have our Passport washed before we return it to us and I said, sure! Well, after being out of town for the winter, Mr Stein’s service staff out did themselves and our Passport looked amazing! We had some work done on the Passport at a Honda dealership in Naples, Fl. ( we had the door pillar covers replaced, because the company we had tint the front doors, he melted them with a heat gun) and they didn’t even wash our car, they gave us a coupon for a free car wash five miles away! So, if we ever relocate to SW Florida, Ganley Honda will still be our choice dealership! More
