The team is extremely friendly and from what I could hear from other conversations, they thoroughly explained all options to customers without pressure. They were very professional and courteous. I was there to get my accessories put on my new vehicle and they did a great job. The only reason I cannot give five stars is because I was there for 3 hours for a 45 minute install. I would have walked to a restaurant to kill time if the installer was behind with work. Just a little more communication would have been great.
