When I first started looking for a car and didn't know much I came into Ganley Honda to look at what they had and get some information. The first person who greeted me at the door took me out to see a Hon much I came into Ganley Honda to look at what they had and get some information. The first person who greeted me at the door took me out to see a Honda Civic and we went for a test drive. I told them at least 5 or 6 times I was there to see what they had and learn about their cars and planned to decide soon, which was never acknowledged. I was led inside to see what the cost of the vehicle would be, and after being shown 72 month loan terms I asked to see what 3 or 4 years would look like. I asked if I could take the sheet with the payment information home because this was an important decision. To this I was told no I couldn't take it home, that I was wasting time, and they were the number 1 dealership for a reason. I repeated that I would like to come back after thinking about it. The salesman got up and returned with the manager who introduced himself and said he knew I was hesitating, but that I should buy the car that day before someone else got it, or that I should give them a $1,000 refundable deposit to hold it. I again said no, and thankfully the pressure tactics stopped there and I left. The salesman didn't give me back my drivers license after the test drive either, and I had to go back the next day and get it. They got me to come back in but I was not only uncomfortable there at that point but angry. Why is spending 15-30 minutes at a dealership to learn about their cars a waste of their time and why can't a customer be respected the first time when they say they're looking? If the salesman had not tried to hard close me that day I probably would have bought a car from him by now. I haven't gone back and since then I've done a lot more research to prevent from being railroaded like this, and I refuse to be treated like that again. More

Wendy Fees, Service Advisor, has continually taken care of my needs and concerns the past 14 Service Mgr Ed Stein is always welcoming and cordial. Wendy Fees, Service Advisor, has continually taken care of my needs and concerns the past 14 years. She is a pleasure to see when she greets me for my appointments. Wendy accommodates my request to have Jim Mokowski service my vehicle.
