Michael was awesome and so helpful! I needed a lot of service and some of it was covered by warranty. The suggested maintenance made sense and I was given a couple of options. I visited the Ganley Service Center after three horrible experiences at the Honda of Mentor Service Department, and the experience at Ganley restored my trust in Honda. Not only was the representative respe experiences at the Honda of Mentor Service Department, and the experience at Ganley restored my trust in Honda. Not only was the representative respectful, prompt, and communicative, but he also went above and beyond. He recognized that I was a fist time customer, and he took it upon himself and to walk me to the waiting room, highlighting the coffee area and available snacks (essentially, a mini tour). He predicted my wait time down to the minute, and he also provided pictures of the air filters, confirming the need for replacement before I asking me if I wanted to go ahead and change them out. He even discovered that I was eligible for a 10% off coupon. The rep. did this all without knowing of my previous Honda experiences, demonstrating just how genuine the staff at Ganley is. Needless to say, I had a positive experience. More
