Our salesman, Camden Smith, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. My only issue was with how long we had to wait for our car. We were told that a driver had left for Sandusky at 7:30 am to bri easy to work with. My only issue was with how long we had to wait for our car. We were told that a driver had left for Sandusky at 7:30 am to bring the car we wanted from the Sandusky dealership and we needed to wait for it to be brought to the North Olmstead dealership. We waited until 11:00am to come in to the North Olmstead dealership to take delivery of the car and sign paperwork. We were told that when the driver arrived at the Sandusky dealership, they told the driver the car wasn't available. The driver had to go to Ashtabula for another car that matched what we wanted. We waited around the dealership until around 4:00 for the car to arrive. By the time the car was detailed and the paperwork was signed, it was after 5:00pm. This was a big waste of our day because of the communication between dealerships. I do not put any blame on Camden. This was an issue between dealerships. Camden worked diligently to deliver our car and kept us advised of the status throughout the day. A big high 5 to Camden. More
