Shoddy work was performed at the dealership. Complaint was handled by a shady service advisor Hayden. I was in there to have radar sensor adjusted. I noticed the missing cover for the radar sensor a few was handled by a shady service advisor Hayden. I was in there to have radar sensor adjusted. I noticed the missing cover for the radar sensor a few weeks later because I haven't touched the car since the service. Called back and showed up in person to voice my concern. Hayden's MO is to string me along long enough for the Honda survey to expire so that it doesn't affect his pocket. First call, I was told the part is on order and call me when it comes in. 3 weeks later, no answer. The second call was ignored. I showed up in person and he has no memory of such conversation. Then, the same song and dance. My advice is to avoid at all cost. Since they don't warranty their work at all. More

The service was fine and quick. The staff greeted me and took care of me as soon as I got there. My only issue is that I brought my car in in August for an oil change so I don’t understand why the brake flu took care of me as soon as I got there.
