My new TelluRIDE I decided today on a whim after seeing a Telluride this morning in person that I HAD to have one. I stopped in to Kia of Alliance and met with Franco. There was ONE on the lot as apparently they are very hard to come by. The dealership worked with me and offered to try to get another version in as I wasn’t sure I needed everything this vehicle offered. I went home and decided that I didn’t want to let this beauty go- so I called and they stayed late for me, getting all the details ironed out I’d requested (that I really wasn’t sure would be possible). They made it happen and needless to say I’m now home with my new TelluRIDE. They were patient and able to make everything happen I needed and overall the process went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Franco and the dealership if you’re looking to buy! Thanks Kia of Alliance! I’m in ?? More

Fast and friendly Franco was friendly and attentive. I was able to talk to him in person, via email, and in person. I got the car I wanted and didn't feel pressured. The day I bought the car, I found a chrone door panel was loose and coming off. I contacted Franco and was told my car was used and sold 'as-is'. It was 5 years old and things do happen, so I fixed it myself. At my first oil change, I was told my brake pads are very low and need replaced. After driving the car for only three months, I thought this was something that should have been checked prior to a sale. I would have thought buying a used Kia at a Kia dealership would have had a better inspection done before the sale. I bought the car to drive my children around, and it scares me that they were put at risk. They could have at least told me that maintaining would need done. More

Buyer beware . When they show you the price for the vehicle you want, the trade-in offer for your car, and the monthly payment cost, what they don't tell you is t . When they show you the price for the vehicle you want, the trade-in offer for your car, and the monthly payment cost, what they don't tell you is the monthly payment they quote INCLUDES an optional extended warranty that costs $2000. So when you go into the finance office to do the deal, they vaguely mention a warranty as if it's a dealership give away, and the monthly price is the same as what the salesperson told you, so you may not realize you are buying a $2000 warranty. This is a very sneaky practice that fooled even a veteran car buyer like me. Review the tape, Kia, before you respond. Other dealerships I've dealt with make it VERY clear when they sell you that crap, that it is optional and what it costs. Kia of Alliance DOES NOT. They did re-do the paperwork when I complained about it the next day, but acted like they did nothing wrong. I'm sure they make a lot of money fooling people like this. They were, however, very friendly while they ripped me off. Also, they don't honor the trade-in value that THEIR website (and KBB) says your car is worth. They didn't come close to the KBB value in fair condition. Don't believe their ads. As an aside, don't ever buy GAP insurance through any dealership. They charge several hundred dollars and you can just get it through your car insurance for a couple bucks a month. More

FALSE INFORMATION I bought a Ford Explorer from them. Jimmy Paumier was my salesman. I asked if the vehicle had all wheel drive. I told him I had to have it or I did I bought a Ford Explorer from them. Jimmy Paumier was my salesman. I asked if the vehicle had all wheel drive. I told him I had to have it or I did not want it. He said it did. I bought the car and a week later I was under it and realized it was not all wheel drive. I called to let them know I was not happy because I needed all wheel drive. He told me if he found anything he would swap it out or we could trade it in. which would cost us more money. They didn't even try to find anything because the sale was final and they got their money. Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't have all wheel drive. Very up set that when you point blank ask a question and they tell false information. If you don't know check before you give false information. Will never buy a car here again. More
