Simply outstanding! I traveled 3 hours from Pennsylvania, to make a deal on my new Sportage EX. I was skeptical at first, but Josh put my skepticism at rest quickly. He h I traveled 3 hours from Pennsylvania, to make a deal on my new Sportage EX. I was skeptical at first, but Josh put my skepticism at rest quickly. He helped me get out of a car that I didn’t “love” and into a car that is more suited to my tastes. Not only did he help me, but he helped my fiancée get into a vehicle that worked with her situation. What more can I say, than simply outstanding customer service, and personable staff! Planning your vehicle to break down Don't plan on the Dealership being able to fix your vehicle problem without waiting 9 days for the earliest appointment. Had a electrical problem wit Don't plan on the Dealership being able to fix your vehicle problem without waiting 9 days for the earliest appointment. Had a electrical problem with my 2015 Sorento ,the car would not start like battery was dead. Trying 1-3 times jiggling things it could start. my Verizon HUM auto plan showed battery shut off and back on in 3-5 min. Intervals 7 times since 8/1/17. But 9 days to even look at it? I plan on having it fixed and then trading it in at some other dealership I may be able to depend on for service when you have a problem under warranty More
