Like the new Text and Link They have implemented a new feature since my last service in that you now receive a text about your service and the status. The only catch is that yo They have implemented a new feature since my last service in that you now receive a text about your service and the status. The only catch is that you must reply START, for it to work correctly, but that is clear in the first text I think. You receive a link that then tells you at what point your vehicle is in the service procedure. You are also kept up to date of any findings via text during that time also. All in all, I thought it was a benefit to know when they were working on it and when the service was complete and I could pick the vehicle up. I also arranged a shuttle back to the dealership through texts also. Service was fast also. I could have almost stayed by the time I got to work and the time I received the text that the vehicle was ready. More

He got a good deal and a good car. Explained the service points very well also. Service at Taylor is always good. They fix it right the first time and clean it like it's new. Veteran fighting Cancer treated with Disrespect Because my husband is a disabled veteran fighting cancer I called ahead and told the salesman our situation and made clear to him what we were looking Because my husband is a disabled veteran fighting cancer I called ahead and told the salesman our situation and made clear to him what we were looking for, an used 2014- 2016 Kia Sportage or Sorrento with low miles because of the Kia warranty. I also made our monthly payment budget clear to him. I told him we wanted to buy but did not need to buy and that if he could not get us a newer Kia with low miles in our budget we could wait to buy later. Above all I stressed my husband was ill and did not want to waste his time. Dan Michaels promised us on the phone he could deliver what we were looking for and he would not waste our time. He greeted us at the door and told us he had 13 years experience selling cars we just needed to trust him and follow his lead. He then proceeded to bring us all the cars from the back of the lot that they were trying to move. We never saw the 2016 Kia's we went there to see based on their website. Instead we saw A 2011 Kia Sorento that was so worn I would not even open the doors and look inside. A Jeep that when you closed the driver door the whole thing rattled. I pointed it out to him and he told me I was being too paticular for my budget. I told him the car had been wrecked and ran my hand over the chipped and retouched paint- he moved his hand over the same area as he looked me in the eye and told me there was no damage but the window track just needed tightened? I was ready to leave but gave him one final chance. He convinced me I needed to lower my expectations with my budget, so he brought a 2014 Equinox w/ 52,000 miles and we had him run our credit and after waiting nearly two hours he tried to push us to buy it at a monthly payment $100 over our budget. The best thing we did was walk out of there. My husband was exhausted the entire weekend from the experience. On Monday we went to Preston Kia in Burton where real gentlemen treated us with respect. We purchased a spotless 2014 Kia with 15,000 miles , gap insurance and the extended bumper to bumber warranty in our budget. The first and only car we looked at was the one we went there to see and the sticker price was $1000 more than the Equinox Dan Michaels tried to push us into. I'm very disappointed in Taylor Kia, a dealership I had always thought well of. I called the sales manager and I asked to speak to the owner. I received no acknowledgment from them. Hey,maybe they didn't have a good car on the lot to sell us that day, (we would not know because we were not welcomed into the lot to look- we only saw the cars they brought us) all Dan had to do was say he could not help us instead of wasting over four hours of our time and trying to push us into a car we didn't want that was over our budget. I mean really, you see a clearly ill disabled veteran walking with a cane and you waste his time and energy showing him old cars he said he wasn't interested in and then try to push him to spend $100 over his budget? You may be a top car salesman with 13 years experience but you disrespected us , as your customers and as people. More
