Disappointing We made an appointment to come in and discuss options for leasing a Kia Soul or Rio. We told the sales representative that we wanted to trade in a car We made an appointment to come in and discuss options for leasing a Kia Soul or Rio. We told the sales representative that we wanted to trade in a car and that we wanted our budget to be similar to the payments of our current car. The sales rep was not friendly at all from the beginning and told us it was not worth running our numbers because they had no options for us. Feeling strained and uncomfortable, we left the dealership with no help or guidance. More
