Unprofessional!! Jimmy our salesman was the only positive experience of buying a car at Taylor Kia of Boardman. Spent wayyyy too much time doing paperwork to buy the car because they got a new computer system that nobody could operate. 3 hours, really? They lost the second set of keys to the car, and the expected me to come back a week later and get them. I live two hours from the dealership. Then I had to make a service appointment to have the key programmed. I don't think so. I told them they already wasted enough of my time, I wasn't waiting any longer. They screwed up my paperwork, and I never got the paperwork for my plate, and when I finally called after 30 days, I got attitude from someone who said he was the owner, named Matt, who told me to "deal with it myself", and then he hung up on me. I would have given Taylor Kia 0 stars, but Jimmy the salesman was a gentleman , and at least tried. Do yourself a favor, drive to Cleveland or Pittsburgh to buy your Kia. More
