Update: I received a call from sales this morning. I was informed that everything was done on the up and up and that the value of my car was actually $149, not $500. I was also informed that Chris Ken I was informed that everything was done on the up and up and that the value of my car was actually $149, not $500. I was also informed that Chris Kenny would never have done what he did and pushed paperwork in front of me while I was on the phone with Cleveland Clinic in regards to my son and told me this is just showing that we're lowering the payment and will you accept it if we lower it this much. It had to be true right? I mean after all he said he knew Chris Kenny a long time. While I agree that I am responsible for not reading this contract from beginning to end, I tried to walk out multiple times which is why he kept pushing that paper in front of me saying no no except this how about this what if I do this, but completely avoided telling me what he was giving me for my car. Live and learn! Make sure that you READ, READ, READ, EVERYTHING! JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU HAVE A LOWER CREDIT SCORE DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!! Insert ( eye roll). I gave this place another shot. I am THE person who needs to read everything with a magnifying glass, but oops. Oh, and this one was A BIGGIE! So I went in to trade in my 2019 LOADED Equinox. It was perfect inside and out minus a couple scuffs. No rust, rips, tears, burns, stains, etc...Ot had high mileage, 175,000, because I drive my son back and forth to Cleveland as a double transplant patient quite often. I mentioned that * needed something dependable. Lots of stress, my mind was on my son who was at home, extremely ill. That doesn't fix me not reading the whole contract, but sales saw $$$ signs and an easy person to take advantage of He just kept talking in circles about how I needed this car and how much more mpg I was going to get and so on. I said no, no, I don't think so, no but eventually we said okay. Not one time did he say out loud that they were giving me $500 for my car as a trade in for the crap they approved. Holy cow, let me just say.... READ IT! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU AND SIGNING YOU UP FOR BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!! Doubt what I'm saying? Shoot me a message. It's my mission to make sure nobody else gets taken advantage of by them. Again, I should have read. They should have been honest. An honest car salesman 😂 Below is what they got for $500, loaded. 5 stars for sales when we bought our Kia Telluride. Minus 5 stars for the incompetent service department!!! We brought our daughters car to be repaired it took 2 and a half months with no loaner. They ordered the correct part and promised it would be done by a certain which it was not. Several days after said promise date it was ready we pay over $2000. There is a lot more to this story as we will be bringing back! They are now telling i have to pay a diagnostic fee haha!!! This place is a joke! More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. This was an awful experience, and I wish I could have dealt with another dealership. Ken Ganley had the vehicle I had been seeking, so I was stuck This was an awful experience, and I wish I could have dealt with another dealership. Ken Ganley had the vehicle I had been seeking, so I was stuck with them. Fees were added after discussing the price with the salesperson. The vehicle arrived as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with obvious paint damage/repair (not visible in the pictures) and misaligned bumper from whatever undisclosed work was performed. I am getting a second, more thorough inspection from a local collision shop to see how bad this really are. They never told me anything throughout the whole process unless I called, and the salesperson took vacation in the middle of things with no warning or back-up plan. The communication was terrible, they did not send information as promised, and the only way I knew that I'd been approved for the vehicle was when the delivery driver called me at work to let me know he was 90 minutes away from my home. Two weeks after the vehicle arrived, Ken Ganley Kia is asking me for documentation off the paperwork they generated and other information I provided to the salesperson 3 weeks ago. They did not provide a temporary tag with the vehicle and still have not even gotten the title put in my name to allow me to get license plates. The whole thing feels like a scam at this point. If things continue like this, I am going to have to retain legal counsel. More
