GREAT SERVICE UNDER PRESSURE!!! I was at the dealership on Saturday May 24, 2014. The dealership was booming and things were a bit crazy. yet i was greeted by the PR Manager Tessa Fa I was at the dealership on Saturday May 24, 2014. The dealership was booming and things were a bit crazy. yet i was greeted by the PR Manager Tessa Fairburn. She started my experience with Taylor Kia perfectly. Even under all the pressure, her pretty smile helped me relax. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but I was already stress free and yet to deal with a sales man or woman. She seated me at a desk and then took the time to take my daughters back to the break room area where they could relax and enjoy some beverages and snacks. So i just need to say that Tessa is a great Pr person and definitely made the start of my experience very pleasurable. Under all the pressure of finding me the right salesman, answering the phones that were ringing off the hook, and taking care of my daughters, she maintained a beautiful smile. So props to Tessa for doing what she does, and does it very well. Now onto my sales experience. She placed me with CJ Leone and he was great. He made me feel no pressure what so ever as he showed me and test drove with me a couple different cars. And we talked family and off the wall stuff instead of pushing a car on me. He made me feel at home and I appreciate that. He interacted with my girls as well and that was a big plus to me. i honestly thought I was just coming in to check out cars and wait to see. I chose a 2011 Chevy HHR and the next thing you know I was signing the papers for my new car. The experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend Taylor Kia to anyone. i hope the right people see this so they realize what excellent employees they have in Tessalynn Fairburn and CJ Leone. Thanks again and I look forward to doing more business in the future. More

Upon arrival at Taylor Kia we began looking at the various models and were quickly given a nice welcoming by John Peluso.. , But I had a referal card given to me by our daughter for Joe Santone. John Had already been very helpful in quickly answering any questions that we had asked about the various models of new Kia cars, an excellent salesman. I felt kind of bad handing him Joe,s referal card.. John was very professional about it and quickly went and got Joe Santone. Joe is Great .. So is John . Joe took the time to show us the various options available , explain about anything that we asked, and when Janet found a Forte that she liked Joe quickly went in and got the keys and we took it for a ride.The car runs amazing ! And has a lot of safety features built in to it that I would think would be of primary concern to just about everyone . It has many convenience features and is very pleasurable to operate, after years of driving Semi trucks and pick up trucks it felt a little odd to me not having to shift gears but my wife insisted that I Test Drive the car.. Only have gotten to drive it a couple of times since then but she is always smiling when she is driving it.. Thank all of you at Taylor Kia for a wonderful shopping experience..
