My experience buying a brand new car was remarkable. Overall experience was very positive. Bill Burns, Sales Associate, was extremely helpful and courteous. He made suggestions that I did not consider, and offered options that were available with both the in Associate, was extremely helpful and courteous. He made suggestions that I did not consider, and offered options that were available with both the interior and exterior. Bill was also informative on the different aquistion options and worked with me on a vary fair leasing price. The delivery was also very positive, as he went over every interior and exterior control that would make my overall driving experience very enjoyable. I would recommend the Dealer and Mr. Burns to anyone looking for a fine Kia motor vehicle. More

I did my home work and new what I wanted. From the time we sat down to talk, to the test drive, to the actual sales price, to dealing with the financing was a pure delight. I've purchased alot of cars in my lifetime and this was without a doubt the most pleasant hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. Stopped in to look, ended up buying a car I didn't want, feel ripped off, paid thousands more for a used car than blue book, high pressured, fast talking, take your keys, change subject. The sales lady was excellant . She had come out right after my wife & I pulled into the lot . She knew what she was talking about , knew the car , explained every detail about the car . The trade in value I revieved was excellent. They tinted my windows and are putting mud flaps on my new car. I felt very comfortable while I was at the dealership. Went in JUST TO LOOK at a car I was interested in. I told him upfront if I liked the car AFTER test driving it, THEN and ONLY THEN would I talk numbers with him. Derek was very pushy about finding out how much I could afford, how much I was willing to pay, etc., trying to squeeze every dime possible out of me before I even had a chance to get a closer look at the car to decide whether or not I even wanted to make a deal on it. Finally had enough of his BS and walked out, where he chased me down and tried to belittle me, saying I was "acting like a child" and "I didn't know what I was talking about". I know others who have had bad experiences with Taylor Kia as well, so I went in with my guard up already. Everything he said and did just reaffirmed my opinion of this dealership. Low class, high pressure, and more concerned about how much money they can squeeze out of you rather than selling you a car you'll be happy with. More
