Bill Burns and Ken Vogt worked together to put us in a previously leased Kia Soul that met all of the items on our wish list. I would give zero stars if it was allowed. I have been getting the run around from the service department and they also out right lied to me. I bought a 2016 Sportage, it was almost 3K below b I have been getting the run around from the service department and they also out right lied to me. I bought a 2016 Sportage, it was almost 3K below blue book price I was told it was because they needed to clear innovatory, so I bought it. I then found out that there was a class action law suit from my mechanic when I went for an oil change and it was 2 quarts low, this was also NEVER disclosed to me if it had been I would have passed. Since then I have been jumping through hoops for follow the procedure needed to get the issue addressed. Now we move to last week 11/06/2025 I got a call the service department saying they needed the car at the service department for an inspection set for 11/07. They never called me on 11/07, when I called them they said they would get a message to my service rep and he would call back, never did, called three times 11/08, same thing and on and on. I called them on 11/11 for an update was told the inspection was done, went to pick it up today 11/12 and was told the inspection was not done and rescheduled for 11/13. More
