The dealer tells me sometimes claims are denied well. How can a claim be denied when they never submitted the claim and then because the dealership screwed up, they blame you and accuse me of trying to get free stuff which I am not and then when you try to talk to somebody And this person, I know their name his name is Reese. I guess the service manager you try to talk to him then he’s like well. I’m gonna have my lawyer call you and all that and it’s like really you guys messed up and it’s my fault. I just said go ahead and have your lawyer call me and then I can give your lawyer my lawyer’s number the dealership is not out for any fair resolution. They’re out to rip you all and because of the abuse that I suffer at the hand of this dealership I will never go back there, and I will never ever buy a Kia or Hyundai again because if the manufacture is OK with the Kia dealership treating their customers the way they treated me I do not choose to do business with any of them
