Extended Warranty worth every Penney! My a/c went out and I remembered purchasing the extended warranty on my car so I called Friendly Kia for service. Called me with updates on my car continuously and picked up my car a few days later with it blowing cold air again. They went over the car to make sure everything else was ok. They changed my oil and had my car cleaned. What a wonderful experience. My cost—$0.00. More

TOO LONG AND NOT VERY "FRIENDLY" This is the 2nd time the service man tried to tell me the car wash was backed up and asked could I come back another time!? Why schedule me at 2 if yo This is the 2nd time the service man tried to tell me the car wash was backed up and asked could I come back another time!? Why schedule me at 2 if you close at 4?? It took 2 hrs. for an oil change and a wash. The first time I said ok. But this time I insisted that I get my car washed. That seem to upset him as he rolled his eyes and said "ok fine" This is "Friendly Kia?" yeah...not so much. I will be going elsewhere in the future. The free car washes for life is complete BS. Yeah free..but my time is not. Very displeased. More
