Unimaginable I had my brakes replaced in my rotors cut a friend of time I got it it was making a noise. I made an appointment again and took it back they took a lo I had my brakes replaced in my rotors cut a friend of time I got it it was making a noise. I made an appointment again and took it back they took a look at it and gave it back to me and tell me the problem was bad but they adjusted it and it may make some noise for a few days but they would go away. That didn't sit good with me new pads don't make noise so I made a third appointment .they finally decided to change the pads but they had to order so I had to come back a fourth time that to me was a little silly I have always had the work done there without a problem. And for the record the people who made the appointment was not the problem they tried to get me in as quickly as possible. More

Great Service I arrived at about 2:30 for a 3pm appointment to get my oil changed. Joshua was prompt and took all the information. He asked me about a wash job, usually my car is clean when I arrive however it was not this time so told him yes have is washed. At 3:20 Joshua appeared in the waiting room saying my car was ready to go. He led me to the cashier and then my car was waiting for me when I entered the service area. I was very surprised at the great wash job they did. I expected a quick outside wash job instead I received a great wash job dried off vacuumed out windows cleaned, the car looked beautiful . I have owed this car 5 years and never took advantage of their car wash, supper job thank you. More
