Smile goes a long way My first time using the service department and first impression, service guy could learn to smile , he seemed grumpy and wasn't understanding or okay My first time using the service department and first impression, service guy could learn to smile , he seemed grumpy and wasn't understanding or okay with me wanting to wait at the car wash where my car would be going to last. I wasn't offered a lift to car wash. I walked to car wash and was pleasantly greeted by a young lady whom I explained my car was at service and would be there shortly and she said that was normal many customers do the same and she offered me a ride back to service to pay because that was the service guys concern that I pay for my oil change right away before my car is washed. When checking out at service I was walked to cashier kinda made me feel as though I would run off and not pay. I think that could improve , smiling and accommodating a customer. Will I be back to service? idk but I defiantly love the car wash department! More
