Long wait. Good amenities. 2 hours for an oil change is too long, especially when labor is normally less than 1 flat rate hour. Also witnessed a service advisor hit the Do Not Enter sign in the service lane with a white van. The service advisor did not even check to see if there was any damage to the white van and proceeded to move the van towards the bays after moving the sign. Not sure the name of the service advisor but he was reckless. It was also not the first vehicle he was driving recklessly. Thank goodness he wasn't my service advisor. More

Verification of MPG submission for Kia Soul and tire pressur I stopped in without appt and Cody got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Tire pressure lite was on and they fixed that and checked pressure all I stopped in without appt and Cody got me in and out in less than 15 minutes.
