recall & oil change My car had 2 recalls - only 1 was done along with my oil change. Other recall for wires they ordered so i will need to go back to have done . I was told that I needed my filters changed and told service rep that I would have my husband which out / replace. But I am not seeing which filters needed to be replaced there was more than 1 and not listed on my receipt ? or an email with filter information It notes several things that weren't even done . It was raining so there was not car wash done yet it say's it was along with door jams cleaned etc... More

Frustrated When I purchased my van, whoever resurfaced my rotors did a terrible job. I had to bring it back within weeks to have them shaved down again. In ym ac When I purchased my van, whoever resurfaced my rotors did a terrible job. I had to bring it back within weeks to have them shaved down again. In ym account it stated clearly that due to this I was to have my rotors REPLACED if they caused vibrations again. I called and set up my appointment and was told the rotors were in stock and that the appointment should take about 1.5 hours. I arrived for my appointment and waited with my two toddler. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, Chad came out to tell me my rotors would be resurfaced. I explained to him I was not going to agree to that and that they'd already been resurfaced twice. He continued to argue with me in the waiting room. After he said he would go check, another man came out and was helpful. He made sure I had the rotors replaced and set me up in a rental so that I didn't have to wait as the new rotors wouldn't arrive until 4. He, as well as the woman who gave my kids coloring books and lollipops were amazing! While they did help, I am still frustrated at Chad as well as the fact that I had to drive back and forth since they didn't have the part. When I made the appointment the woman in parts said it was in stock. Was the plan to try and resurface them all along? Why lie and say they were in stock if they weren't? Living in Plant City, it takes 1.5 hours to drive each way. With a 3 and 4 year old in tow, you could understand the inconvenience. We will not be returning nor will I recommend. More

Need to expand Your service department could even be better if the wait time was shorter. Over an hour for an oil change is a little much. Headlight and alignment check Staff was professional and courteous. Friday the alignment was checked to my satisfaction and Saturday the melting headlight connections were fixed. Dave Quinn and service tech Anthony My wife's 2016 Sportage had a rattle in the rt rear.....Dave and I went for a ride then Anthony and i went for a ride to diagnose the problem...Anthon My wife's 2016 Sportage had a rattle in the rt rear.....Dave and I went for a ride then Anthony and i went for a ride to diagnose the problem...Anthony came up with a loose back seat and not a suspension noise..he tightened it up and lube it and the problem is solved....it may sound a simple as a simple task but now my wife won't rattle in my ear about her car make me a very happy man.....thanks for getting her off my back.....John Dragan More
