Bad Experience-lost a long time customer I want to start off by saying that my family has purchased 5 vehicles from Friendly Kia and have always had good service until now, when it counts! We have not had to bring any vehicles in for service outside of standard maintenance until last week when my husbands 2018 Optima no longer had air conditioning! No problem, right?! Go bring it in, it under ward, right? NOPE! Somehow they have a crystal ball and saw that a rock jumped up and caused damage to the condenser and a part that cost $180 and freon are now $1100!! They just shrugged and told him they were sorry, basically it’s your problem! A vehicle 2018 with 28k miles and all they can do is have you look at a new car? ANYTHING FOR A SALE I GUESS!! Well, we will be buying new, but it will NEVER be at this Kia dealership! I’m very disappointed!! Ortiz family More
