My experience I had received a reminder email about service coming up on my car. I called, scheduled an appointment without any problem. I received a reminder email the day before my appointment. I arrived promptly at my appointed time and was immediately assisted. We went over what I was going to have done and he told me my services would run around 2.5 hours. I told him that wasn't a problem and he showed me the waiting area and told me about the refreshments freely available. A little over an hour later he came and told me what else they found that my car might need, which were items that were needed, based in my mileage, and after discussing same he told me that I should be out of there in less than 90 minutes, which, I was. I was treated by all employees courteously and professionally. The reception area was clean, maintained, and stocked with beverages, donuts, and crackers. Wi-Fi was available. I was very pleased with my service. More

Quick Service I had a tire pressure sensor go off, and for two days the psi just plummeted but the tire didn't look as though it lost any air at all. Turns out ther I had a tire pressure sensor go off, and for two days the psi just plummeted but the tire didn't look as though it lost any air at all. Turns out there was a nail deeply embedded draining the tire. Friendly Kia had me in and out in less than an hour. Thanks again! More

Delivered as promised I came in for my 1st service on my '19 Kia Stinger. There was a bit of chaos when I arrived, but everyone was very responsive and professional. Always professional Harry was willing to get us a Lyft ride to breakfast while we waited for the service to be completed. The oil change was completed exactly on time.
