Great customer service My mini van had a recall with airbags. I made an appointment online which was very easy and convenient to do. There was an issue where a part needed to be ordered. We had a trip planned and could not be without our mini van. The service manager, John was so understanding and gave us a mini van as a loaner! So appreciative of how they handled the situation so we could be able to take our trip. Thank you all at Friendly Kia! More
