Recall and regular service 1-Agent spent too much time trying to "diagnose" issues rather than simply recording them for the mechanic to address, 2-Mechanic left the oil drain 1-Agent spent too much time trying to "diagnose" issues rather than simply recording them for the mechanic to address, 2-Mechanic left the oil drain plug loose (not even hand tight). Result, oil leak, oil stain on driveway. Had to replace the drain plug as it was damaged. It continued to leak after tightening. Lost approx 2/3 quart of oil. More

Customer service is good Customer service is great. They are very friendly. The environment inside was uncomfortable. It was extremely hot inside waiting for an hour. Someone had pooped all over the toilet and even had it on the dispenser. There are no paper towels in the bathroom. So i had to use my hands to turn on and off the faucet. Then use my hands to open the door. Since this person prior to me couldn't clean up after themselves, i can only assume that there was fecal matter all over the place. I was so disgusted. Please put paper towels back in the bathroom. More
