Service most unexpected. I have been a fan of your service department before, however the service we received just recently was exceptional and we would like to recognize Harr I have been a fan of your service department before, however the service we received just recently was exceptional and we would like to recognize Harry, our Service Advisor for his exceptional patience and kindness. While I have been recovering from a medical situation, my wife has been the principal driver and experienced a serious "surging and bogging down" while transporting me to my various doctors appointments. Lisa, my wife call and spoke with Harry, who explained to her what to do and how to get the car in to your service department, while the car was towed in, Harry made arrangements for a loaner car to be available as he understood the urgent need for my transportation needs. Harry called and explained everything to Lisa and very patiently answered all the questions, and advised us that the part would take about 5 - 10 days and we wouldn't have any problems with the loaner car. When we got the call from Harry, the car was fixed, he made arrangements for the car to be cleaned and test driven, and put gas in! Now that's most unexpected! HARRY, THANK YOU, YOU THE BEST! More
