Only issue I had, this is the second time at this location for service and still haven't received the car wash cleaning service each 2 times I brought the vehicle. I brought my car in for the auto lights as well. If i am driving on a well lit street when it is dark...my headlights will shut off. Neither issue they could replicate. I am thinking..why Can't they just replace the part since something is faulty. Also ther is a spot on my drivers door i brought into them before that is white...i dont lean there nor touch there...one service guy says it is a defect. Last time they had it..they cleaned it or something...and spot was gone foe little bit. Now it is back again. Finally spoke with service manager John on Friday...he said he would have to take my car back on Monday. finally called him Monday at 10:10 am asking what was up. He was supposed to arrange for vehicle trade off for loaner. He said he would get right back with me. 45 minutes later guy shows up to switch vehicles. I call John about an hour or so later asking about car. He was snippy and said he wanted master tech only to look at car. That person was tied up with some other vehicle. I asked about spot on door and said that doesnt need master tech. He got short with me and said I was right and that it may take some time and they may need my car overnight. I also told him that when i went to get in loaner car..there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas...they marked on sheet it was 3/4 full. Hesaid he would correct my sheet. It is now 1:15 today and i have left 2 msgs for him and he has yet to return my call. More

Not the same service were used to. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation . I was told it would take 50-60 mins. It was closer to 2 hours. Typically with any servic I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation . I was told it would take 50-60 mins. It was closer to 2 hours. Typically with any service we have had in the past there was a complimentary car wash. This was not the case with this visit. Coupled with the extra wait time, I was not satisfied. I would still recommend the service center based on previous dealings. Just not this time. More
