Good experience I had an oil change, which was needed, tires rotated and a look at my undercarriage which I had scraped here and there. My undercarriage was fine and they said my Mustang was in great condition. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for this, but to be fair, they also washed and vacumed my car, which I wanted but did not ask for. So I'm glad that they cleaned the car so I didn't have to come back for that. Also liked the touch of serving drinks and snacks, and donuts. I was going to miss lunch, so this was nice. More

Great service! We bought our 2nd Kia Soul in Kansas City. We moved to Florida in December 2018. This was our first encounter with a Kia dealership in Florida. Harry Parmar and his service team at Friendly Kia in New Port Richey, worked us into the Svc Dept schedule with no delay for a factory recall. The work was done quickly and efficiently while we ate lunch about a block away from the dealership. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Great job! More

Long wait time. Needed a sencer for the ABS. Had to wait 2 weeks for the part to come in. Went to have it installed. After setting there for a hour, was told that the Needed a sencer for the ABS. Had to wait 2 weeks for the part to come in. Went to have it installed. After setting there for a hour, was told that the new part was bad so they would have to order another one.
