Trailer hitch installation Installation was not done by Friendly KIA rather farmed out to an outside shop. That is fine but I had no idea who was installing it until it returned Installation was not done by Friendly KIA rather farmed out to an outside shop. That is fine but I had no idea who was installing it until it returned. The installers also left a large loop of wire hanging down under the car. A small goof that your shop took care of at once. Could have been a real mess if my wife hadn't spotted the wire. More
