Ok Service The person who assisted me was very nice. My complaint is the pushy way additional service is recommended. I purposely do not go to dealerships becaus The person who assisted me was very nice. My complaint is the pushy way additional service is recommended. I purposely do not go to dealerships because of this. I was told I need a number of filters replaced before they were even checked. Just because a car has X amount of miles, doesn’t mean these items are no longer good. I realize he’s required to do this but it makes me never want to come back for service. It’s dishonest practice telling people items need to be fixed or replaced when you haven’t even checked them out. More

Slow Slow Slow Service I had an appointment Tuesday morning, but did not get my car back until Thursday Afternoon. They only did 5 hours of work on the car, so why did it I had an appointment Tuesday morning, but did not get my car back until Thursday Afternoon.
