It’s annoying when a dealership named Friendly Kia doesn’t bother to ask or use your name, Poor service, long wait, and no personalized interaction. It’s annoying when a dealership named Friendly Kia doesn’t bother to ask or use your name, especially when you have purchased the vehicle from them. When asked about this, the Service Advisor responds, “I got the info from the VIN #.” As a customer, one can understand a service department being overbooked and busy, but disrespect is always unacceptable. Very friendly but time consuming Both times I have dropped my vehicle off for service it has taken longer that expected with no phone call to update. The staff is very friendly. They Both times I have dropped my vehicle off for service it has taken longer that expected with no phone call to update. The staff is very friendly. They offer a shuttle with a small wait time. However, both times I had to call hours after the promised finish time to check on the status. Car wash/detail usually is extremely busy but provide a wonderful detailed service. More
