Took almost 2x as long as I was told I had an appointment at 12, and when I arrived you didn’t have my appointment in the colored, even though I had a confirmation email. I was then told it would take 1 hour when I originally made the appointment. I was then told 1 hour and 15 minutes. Well it took just under 1 hour and 50 minutes. More

Service was superb. David was fantastic. He ordered a loaner immediately after determining that I needed warranty repair in addition to scheduled service. However, repair David was fantastic. He ordered a loaner immediately after determining that I needed warranty repair in addition to scheduled service. However, repairs were complete in two hous so I returned loaner same day. My Kia was detailed to new condition at no charge. I’m a friendly customer for life. More
