Our visit was to have the 12 Month/7500 mile service performed, change engine oil and filter, rotate tires, multi point inspection. An appointment was scheduled for Friday 12/28/2018 at 1PM. We arrived a little early and we were greated promptly and directed to our service advisor, Cody. Cody created our repair order and indicated it would take about 90 minutes to process our vehicle, including the comp car wash. The actual working time was closer to 2 hours. I have 3 issues that keep me from a 5 star visit 1. When the appointment was scheduled, I asked the woman who scheduled my visit for a price quote on the 7500 mile service. She quoted me 34.95 plus tax and fees, which I took for $40 out the door. Actual cost was $49 and change...I voiced my concern and Cody responded as a professional and made an adjustment to meet my expectations. 2. Upon my return home, as I was looking the vehicle over, I find that the tires were not rotated. I called Cody Saturday morning and explained the situatuon. Again, he was professional, offered an apology, and we agreed that I would bring the car back on Monday, which ment another trip from North Weeki Wachee 3. The length of time to perform the original service was just too long. If you are going to display Express Service, you should have a dedcated process for express. Thanks you and I hope this helps.
