Routine annual service Scheduled appt for annual service. Was greeted promptly and on my way in just a few minutes. Brought both remotes as one was not working and the oth Scheduled appt for annual service. Was greeted promptly and on my way in just a few minutes. Brought both remotes as one was not working and the other had a low battery. I attempted to put a battery in one. They tested it and were ready to replace remote. I brought two batteries with me. Found that batteries I had though never used were dead when they tested them. They replaced batteries and both remotes are ok. My Soul was filthy so I left it and returned. Great Service! My back passenger tire had gone flat and I filled it up enough to get to Friendly Kia, when I got there Carl took care of me. Others of the staff were passing out goodies and someone even brought my 3 year old grandson a coloring book and crayons so he wouldn't be bored.
