Excellent and Friendly Service My wife's 2017 Kia Soul was due for maintenance and the service advisor Hardev (Harry) Parmar was excellent and knowledgeable about what was needed by My wife's 2017 Kia Soul was due for maintenance and the service advisor Hardev (Harry) Parmar was excellent and knowledgeable about what was needed by our vehicle. Excellent crew on who did the maintenance and the complementary car wash on the interior and exterior. Oh...can't forget the cashier that day. I forgot her name but she was in the holiday spirit and made my wife and I smile. More

Let's hope third times a charm! This is the third time in a month that my 2016 Soul has been in because the check engine light has come on. Each time I have been assured the problem This is the third time in a month that my 2016 Soul has been in because the check engine light has come on. Each time I have been assured the problem was fixed. The second time I was told the car was taken for a test drive and the odometer read 36000 going in and coming out...this last time they drove my car in excess of 100 miles, used more than a half a tank of gas and I was told by my service advisor the gas would be replaced and it wasn't. Also they do a courtesy wash after the service. I was told my car had the gold wash which is an upgrade and my car was never washed. It was dirty, tires were dirty, carpets vacuumed. I'm tired of being told things are done that actually aren't... More

We emailed Monday night on the website & chatted & was told couldn’t help call tomorrow. So the person we chatted with couldn’t leave a message for us! Poor communication!! This has happened to us before with poor communication! Need to work together as a team!! When we picked up the car the gentleman was very nice & so was the lady that checked us out! More
