Overall ok The staff was friendly but very vague on explaining the process and also letting me know how the warranty worked on the tires since my vehicle is a 20 The staff was friendly but very vague on explaining the process and also letting me know how the warranty worked on the tires since my vehicle is a 2019 they just said go ahead take a seat we will be with you in a little while about one hour or two later they came in said your car is done and that’s it very impersonal but no one was rude. It’s called Friendly for a reason I’ve only had my car a short time and have had to go to the dealership 3 times. Twice for things that had nothing to do with problems with the car and I’ve only had my car a short time and have had to go to the dealership 3 times. Twice for things that had nothing to do with problems with the car and once for my first service. I’m always greeted immediately, offered something to drink and told a time frame that my vehicle would be ready. I drove over an hour to buy my vehicle here due to a recommendation and will continue not only servicing my car here but will be buying future vehicles here. More

Quick Service I had an appt. for 2:30 on 11/16 for oil change. Arrived at 1:30 because the traffic from Clearwater less than expected ,so I took a chance that I c I had an appt. for 2:30 on 11/16 for oil change. Arrived at 1:30 because the traffic from Clearwater less than expected ,so I took a chance that I could be taken early .Anthony was at the desk , and even though it was a very busy day, he said he'd work on squeezing me in early. I understood and prepared myself for a long wait .Was surprised to get my car by 3:15 , washed and oil change done ! I'm very happy with Friendly KIA and will continue to call you in the future! Service and personelle are excellent especially Anthony Aquino !!! More

Second, I was told that my car would be ready in about an hour and a half, but it was ready in just an hour. Lastly, I went outside to look at the vehicles and I received a call to tell me my car was ready because I wasn't in the lounge. All in all, just a fantastic service experience! I'll always bring by Forte to Friendly for service. Wouldn't trust it to anyone else. More
