At about 6 PM my car that was supposed to be washed wasn’t. I paid my bill. I’ll give them a second chance though, the sales department is top notch. More

Regular oil change I was greeted by a service technician that gave me information about what would be done at the service. He asked me if I was going to wait, which I d I was greeted by a service technician that gave me information about what would be done at the service. He asked me if I was going to wait, which I did, and I was shown to the waiting area where I was told to enjoy the coffee, etc. When the service was complete, Harry walked me to the cashier and when I was finished, he escorted me to my vehicle and thanked me for bringing my car in. Poor service.. again I’m not sure the character limit would allow for me to share the amount of poor experiences I’ve had with the service department since I’ve bought thi I’m not sure the character limit would allow for me to share the amount of poor experiences I’ve had with the service department since I’ve bought this car. My recent experience was no different. Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the service associate who assisted this day. (I had to select one to submit feedback) Dropped my car off at noon for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check out a sensor light. 4:30p comes around and no call had been made to me regarding my car being finished. I contacted the dealer, the service lady said they were finishing up my car and would call shortly letting me know it’s done. Another hour goes by, still no call, so I just head to the dealer assuming it was done at that point. By the time I get to the dealer they’ve had my car for 5.5 hours. When I arrive I’m told nothing has been done to my car.. NOTHING. Not the oil change, not the tired rotation, not even a cleaning. The associate I spoke with said they had been trying to call me all day and that they must have the wrong number on file. I find this very hard to believe considering every other visit I’ve been contact via phone, plus they took my number down when I arrived AND when I called for a status update. I even received a phone call that same morning asking me to upgrade/trade-in my car. So whatever the excuse was, honestly it felt like a bunch of bs. The service guy seemed to care less that they had my car the entire day... Or when I called for a status update I was given wrong information. When I asked how long until it was finished I was told “I don’t know. We have to put it back in the line up for work”... are you kidding me?! Not even and “I’m sorry”?! Eventually after having to wait another 45 minutes the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I was informed I needed a new battery (this was causing the sensor issue). Since I had been waiting for my car all day I needed to leave. I thought I may have bought another battery through the dealer in the past. The service guy said he would look into that a call me with a follow up... shocker, I never got that call. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if this was the first, second, maybe even the third time something like this has happened. But we’re at about 6 poor visits at this point. I realize mistakes happen but how these issues have been resolved is not acceptable. More

Also spoke with Vince's boss but he decided very politely we were to far apart on a new purchase. Vince said he would work in my interest as I am a good customer.
