Ganley Kia has been helpful in resolving my recall problem. It has taken longer than I anticipated but I was recovering from shoulder surgery and didn’t miss not having my car. She took it straight back to the dealership and now it will be another 4-5 day before I get the car back. Frustrating to be sure. I’m sure I’ll be pleased with the results when I get my car back!
